ClevrHR Refund and Return Policy

At ClevrHR, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, accessible learning experience for HR professionals. Because our products are digital and immediately accessible after purchase, we have a limited refund policy as outlined below.

1. Digital Product Nature

All purchases on ClevrHR — including courses, CEU bundles, live webinars, and subscription plans — are digital and delivered electronically. As such, they are non-returnable and non-shippable.

2. Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our content. However, due to the instant access nature of our platform:

Standard Refunds

• All purchases are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be issued for unused content, incomplete courses, or failure to complete CEUs within your subscription period.

Subscription Trials or Promotional Offers

• If your subscription began with a free trial or promotional discount, it is your responsibility to cancel before the billing date to avoid charges.

• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial use of a subscription.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate purchases

• Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved within 5 business days

• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)

To request a refund under these exceptions, email support@clevrhr.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:

• Your full name and email address

• Order confirmation or invoice number

• A detailed explanation of the issue

3. Course Access and Expiration

Once purchased, CEU courses remain available for the duration of your active subscription. Access ends when your subscription expires or is canceled. No refunds are provided for loss of access due to expiration.

4. Live Webinars

If you are unable to attend a live webinar you registered for, we may provide access to a recording if available. Live sessions are non-refundable unless canceled by ClevrHR.

5. Instructor and Enterprise Accounts

Separate refund terms may apply to instructors or enterprise partners and will be outlined in your specific agreement.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in termination of your account. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks or payment reversals.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted to this page and become effective immediately.
